Returns Policy
We endeavour to continuously produce products of the highest quality. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or you would like to return an item, please contact our customer services team at customerservices@kcb-uk.com stating the order number. You may also contact us on +44 (0) 845 094 3030.
We accept the return of all items that are returned within 14 days of purchase.
We do not accept the return of items in the following instances:
- Personalised and bespoke items or made to specific dietary requirements.
- Items that have an expiry date of less than 14 days from dispatch.
- Items that are returned without either the original packaging and/or proof of purchase.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Damaged Goods
Every care is made to produce, pack, and ship products in immaculate condition. But should you receive a product that is damaged, you can return the product to the address mentioned below advising of the place and date of purchase.
Incorrect Items
If you have received an item that is different to the one you ordered, please contact us at customerservices@kcb-uk.com stating the correct item and order details. You should return the incorrect item to the address mentioned below in the original packaging. Once we have received the incorrect item in satisfactory condition, we will investigate and if appropriate, dispatch the correct item, or process a refund. You will not be charged for if deemed an incorrect item.

If you are returning an item please contact our customer services team at customerservices@kcb-uk.com stating the order number and reason for return. When returning an item please ensure the original packaging is included with the manufacturing batch code. Please note that Kashmir Crown Bakeries does not take responsibility in the item being returned and this lies solely with the customer. You will not be reimbursed for returning an item.
Refund Procedure
When a return is accepted and a refund is applied, we will issue funds back to you using the same method that was used to place the order. If you would like to receive an alternative method of payment please state this in your original email. In any event, our customer services team will send you a confirmation on safe receipt.
