Lime pickle
The makings of
Crushed Fried potatoes with Bombay mix
Heat up a little oil in a frying pan.
Crush the boiled potatoes with a fork and cook for 3-4 minutes each side until slightly crispy
Sprinkle spring onions, coriander and Bombay mix

Serve with a spoonful of yogurt mixed with lime pickle.
